The satire site The Moonmont Chronicle released this snarky little piece recently:

Citing the newly-established precedent of corporate-religious exemption, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in favor of JCPenney, upholding the company's right to sacrifice pure-hearted employees in order to assuage the Dread Lord Cthulhu, Bringer of Madness.

Cthulhu fans would enjoy it (and our Cthulhu shirts as well!)

Not Black Leaf! Dark Dungeon -- The Movie!

A few months back there was a KickStarter to fund a campaign to create a serious-but-not really movie version of Jack Chick's "Dark Dungeon" comic tract. If you're a gamer, or any kind of nerd, you're probably already familiar with it the Dork Dungeon parody of it as well.

Well, the KickStarter was successful and the movie is apparently being made. The trailer is far better than I expected. Can't wait to get my DVD!

Scandinavia and the World Has A KickStarter Campaign

Some of you may be familiar with the the webcomic Scandinavia and the World. If not, check it out; it's a very cute, very funny look at how different countries seen themselves and each others. The countries are all anthropomorphised Hetalia style.

Now the creator is raising funds on KickStarter to create animated episodes. Good stuff. Make sure to visit their campaign, and donate if possible.
